GENERAL
These detailed general terms of sale apply to contractual relations between Serrurerie Georges
Henri, represented by Mr. Hichou Aziz, hereinafter referred to as Company Manager, and physical
or moral persons, individuals or professionals placing an order, implying full and unreserved
adherence to these general terms of sale, which the company Serrurerie Georges Henri reserves
the right to modify at any time.
Serrurerie Georges Henri reserves the right to refuse any service that does not represent the
safety standards in force.
COMMITMENT
Serrurerie Georges Henri accepts the order upon receipt, by mail or email, of the quote or order
form bearing the mention "Good for agreement", the date and signature of the customer
accompanied by the deposit if requested.
All incomplete or incorrect quotes or order forms will be systematically refused and returned.
PRICE
Serrurerie Georges Henri being subject to VAT, the prices displayed on the quotes are EXCLUDING
VAT.
In return for the requested service, Serrurerie Georges Henri will collect the price mentioned
on the quote or order form plus the amount of VAT (6%, 21% or 0% depending on the legal form of
the Customer).
The deadlines are as follows:
- upon signature of the quote or order form: 30% of the total sum.
- at the end of the due date displayed on the invoice: balance of the order.
Modifications requested by the customer will entail additional costs and will be validated by
the latter.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment for ordered services is made in cash or by bank transfer, at the latest at the end of the
invoice due date.
In default of payment on the due date, the customer is liable by right for reminder fees
amounting to €18 excl. VAT per reminder.
The ordered products remain the property of Serrurerie Georges Henri until the balance of the
order is paid.
EXECUTION DEADLINE
The execution deadlines for ordered services are indicated in good faith and for information
purposes only. Delays cannot be the subject of damages, deductions, or cancellation of current
orders.
WARRANTY
Warranty Coverage
All installations carried out by our technicians are guaranteed by Serrurerie Georges Henri
for one year.
This warranty covers materials (locks, cylinders, ...) and the structure (Functioning, Cabling,
...) of the installation.
The warranties granted to the customer by Belgian law remain fully applicable.
Limitations and exclusions of the warranty
This warranty does not cover the consequences:
- Of incorrect use.
- Of a modification carried out by another technician.
- Of a lack of maintenance.
- Of an accident or alteration.
The liability of Serrurerie Georges Henri is limited at most to the value of the products or the
installation.
This warranty does not limit the protection of the customer provided by Belgian law.
Performance Warranty
After examination, Serrurerie Georges Henri may decide at its discretion and in the event that
the warranty conditions are met, to repair the defective product or replace it with an identical
or equivalent product.
The costs associated with the repair/replacement mentioned above are borne by Serrurerie Georges
Henri provided that the defective product is made available to it.
Serrurerie Georges Henri will not bear the costs of repairs carried out by another repairer or
indirect costs.
Defective parts removed during repair work become the property of Serrurerie Georges Henri.
DISPUTES
Disputes are settled at the choice of the plaintiff by arbitration or before the competent court.
